The Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Home of Greenwich Mean Time and the Prime Meridian, and the only planetarium remaining in London.
It's worth passing by at night to see the big laser beam they shine out over Greenwich along the meridian!
A really great day out. We saw the planetarium show about the Voyager probes, which was a good combination of techy detail and lovely visuals.
You shouldn't miss the clocks and time museum; fascinating and all the folks working in the museum were really helpful with questions, and I learned lots.
For London, it's pretty reasonably priced, too. Will definitely be going again.
There are too many nerdy spots to show you (Over 1000!) in the current map view.

It's a great place, but I was left inexplicably furious by the way they don't let you photograph the Harrison clocks, presumably because they want to sell postcards or something.
Apart from that, wonderful. Best view in London.
